My artwork is rooted in specific relationships between human beings and their environments.  Through the production of short videos I extract stills which are then printed on paper or wood veneer. Through the lens of a camera and a slow-speed setting capturing 30 images per second, I sweep the urban landscape of people as they move throughout their daily comings and goings. Blurred representations of these individuals result, permitting me to focus on fleeting moments and actions that portray the temporal, nomadic nature of human life.
